Discuss the plurality of Malaysian society and its effect on you

Malaysia is regarded one of the most plural countries in Southeast Asia. The plurality and the diversified nature of the society and the ability to live in relative peace and harmony make it possible to speak about Malaysia's experience of multiculturalism and co-existence. Upon independence in 1957 and the formation of Malaysia in 1963, the various religious and ethnic groups have practically demonstrated a remarkable sense of tolerance and reciprocity when they agreed to uphold the proposed Federal Constitution, which among other things granted citizenship to the immigrants (by the principle of jus soli), the recognition of Islam and the special Malay and Bumiputra rights. This paper seeks to depict the experience and the state of multiculturalism and the pattern of reciprocity and tolerance rooted and accustomed in the Malaysian society. It also traces some of the possible factors that are helping to shape the present generation's outlook towards multiculturalism

The plurality of Malaysian has benefited me in a sense of racism. With the amount of different races, religions and culture, I am able to communicate and also understand the way other races work. For example, other religions, there are many taboos that they are not allowed to do. I am able to learn and also respect on what they are doing.

MY ASPIRATIONS FOR 2019 AND HOW TO ACHIEVE THEM

In this year 2019, one of my biggest aspiration is to go to Korea with my family. I have always wanted to go there but my family keeps on procrastinating and it really drives me crazy. I want to go at the end of the year as it is snowing and that would be my first time seeing snow. Korea is my favorite country because it has a variety of food and the genre of their songs suites me. The environment and the atmosphere there is really different from Malaysia.

I am planning to achieve them by getting good grades for SPM as it is a really important thing this year. It is tough to study for SPM but determination is what pushes me to go further. I really hope that the result will be surprising instead of a sad result.

There is really nothing much that I hope for this year to achieve but I feel that this is enough for me to make my whole year happy.

KEEPING A WEEKLY BLOG HELPS ME IMPROVE MYSELF

Blogs has really helped a lot for this past year. I really do enjoy writing blogs but sometimes I am very lazy to do it.

First of all, blogs has helped me in getting new and creative ideas on what to write for essays or anything random. Blogs helps me in brain storming ideas that are interesting and attractive for other people to read. Whenever I am given a free topic, I intend to write weird blogs that I don’t even mention in front of people. It really brought my thoughts to a whole new level.

Besides that, blogs also helps me in gaining marks for my exam and in the beginning I thought that it was useless and I was doing by force but now I can see the fun in it. I am a homework type of person so I will try not to miss any blog that my teacher gives and it really pushed my grade for English higher

UKULELE – FREE TOPIC

The ukulele is a member of the lute family of instruments. It generally employs four nylon or gut strings or four courses of strings. Some strings may be paired in courses, giving the instrument a total of six or eight strings.

The ukulele originated in the 19th century as a Hawaiian adaptation of the Portuguese machete, a small guitar-like instrument, which was introduced to Hawaii by Portuguese immigrants, mainly from Madeira and the Azores. It gained great popularity elsewhere in the United States during the early 20th century and from there spread internationally.

The tone and volume of the instrument vary with size and construction. Ukuleles commonly come in four sizes: soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone.

A hamburger, beefburger or burger is a sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat, usually beef, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. The patty may be pan fried, grilled, or flame broiled.

Hamburgers are sold at fast-food restaurants, diners, and specialty and high-end restaurants (where burgers may sell for several times the cost of a fast-food burger, but may be one of the cheaper options on the menu). There are many international and regional variations of the hamburger.

Surfing is a surface water sport in which the wave rider, referred to as a surfer, rides on the forward or deep face of a moving wave, which usually carries the surfer towards the shore. Waves suitable for surfing are primarily found in the ocean, but can also be found in lakes or rivers in the form of a standing wave or tidal bore. However, surfers can also utilize artificial waves such as those from boat wakes and the waves created in artificial wave pools.

The term surfing refers to the act of riding a wave, regardless of whether the wave is ridden with a board or without a board, and regardless of the stance used. The native peoples of the Pacific, for instance, surfed waves on alaia, paipo, and other such craft, and did so on their belly and knees. The modern-day definition of surfing, however, most often refers to a surfer riding a wave standing up on a surfboard; this is also referred to as stand-up surfing.

Bowling is a sport or leisure activity in which a player rolls or throws a bowling ball towards a target. It is one of the major forms of throwing sports. In pin bowling variations, the target is usually to knock over pins (10 pins) at the end of a lane. A strike is when all the pins are knocked down on the first roll, whereas a spare is when all the pins are knocked over on the second shot. The maximum score is 300, which is achieved by getting 12 strikes in a row. Three consecutive strikes are known as a "turkey". Further strings of strikes are referred to as the number with the word "bagger", such as "four-bagger" for four consecutive strikes. The term "hambone" has also been used to describe four consecutive strikes. In target variations, the aim is usually to get the ball as close to a mark as possible. The pin version of bowling is often played on a flat wooden, or other synthetic, surface (which can be oiled in different patterns for different techniques). In target bowling, the surface may be grass, gravel or a synthetic surface. The most common types of pin bowling include ten-pin, nine-pin, candlepin, duckpin and five-pin bowling. 

In target bowling, bowls, skittles, kegel, bocce, carpet bowls, pétanque, and boules, both indoor and outdoor varieties are popular. Today the sport of bowling is played by 100 million people in more than 90 countries worldwide (including 70 million players in the United States), and continues to grow through entertainment media such as video games for home consoles and handheld devices.
